You know what you want to coach. Now plan how you'll get enough athletes enrolled before the first session.
See the Easy Leads System behind Joga Bonito's campaign and how the approach could help you fill your summer program.

You're working out the sessions, dates, fees and venue.
Alongside those decisions sits another question:
Where will the enrolments come from?
You need to decide how many groups to offer, whether you'll need another coach and what to spend on promotion.
Those decisions are harder when you don't have a clear plan for attracting families.
If your next step is to announce the program on Instagram and Facebook, you might be thinking:
"Once parents see what I'm offering, the enquiries will come."
Some may. The question is how you'll give enough suitable families the chance to see it and join.
A parent has to come across your post, stop scrolling and decide to act.
They might be interested and still have questions about ages, dates or fees.
They might plan to send a DM later and forget.
Even after enquiring, they still need to know how to secure a spot.
Getting attention is only the first step towards enrolment.
If those next steps aren't planned, you're relying on parents to remember, reach out and keep the conversation moving.
That's why posting alone can leave you unsure how many athletes to expect.
Start with three decisions:
How many paying athletes do you want?
At what fee?
By what date?
Then plan how families will find your program, receive the details and enrol.
Post on Instagram and Facebook and hope someone stumbles across it and DMs.
Give your program a campaign with a clear target and a clear route to joining.
You can still share coaching clips, athlete progress and academy updates. Those posts help families get to know you.
Your enrolment campaign gives interested parents somewhere to go next.
That's the Game Plan: reach suitable families and guide their interest towards a paid spot before your program starts.
My campaign for Joga Bonito's Full-Time Elite trials generated:
The academy separately confirmed 32 new athletes enrolled through the trial intake.
Families needed to attend trials before an enrolment decision. The joining process had to explain how to attend and what happened next.
Speed Evolution's off-season campaign generated 44 enquiries at A$5.31 each.
The academy recorded 17 paying clients covering 31 athlete enrolments, through individual and friends-and-family packages.
Parents could choose their training option and athlete package, then register and pay online.
One academy enrolled through trials. The other offered direct registration.
Your Game Plan needs to reflect how families join your program.
There are three parts to the campaign. For a parent, they connect through four steps.
Help local families find your program.
Facebook and Instagram ads introduce your program to families in the area you serve. Interested parents complete a short enquiry form to request the details.
They can take that first step without committing to enrol straight away. You have their contact details so the conversation can continue.
Send the information they need to decide.
A welcome email and SMS send your program details and enrolment instructions after they enquire.
Parents can check the dates, location, fees and next step while their interest is fresh. They don't have to find the original post again or wait for you to send the same details by hand.
Give parents a clear way to join.
The welcome messages link to an enrolment page where parents can review their options and follow the joining instructions.
That might mean booking and paying for a holiday program or registering for a trial first. Each step prepares the parent for the next.
Before promoting your program, you can check your own plan with three questions:
How will families find it?
What will they receive after enquiring?
How will they secure a spot?
Answer those, and you have the structure of your enrolment Game Plan.
Drag the sliders to set your program fee, available spots and advertising budget — see your estimated enquiries, enrolments and revenue update live.
Drag to explore your Game Plan.
The total fee one athlete pays for the program.
How many paying athletes you want to enrol.
How long you'll run ads before the program starts.
Your estimated ad cost for one enquiry from a parent.
What you spend on ads each day during the campaign.
The percentage of enquiries that become paying athletes.
Estimated program revenue for every A$1 spent on ads.
What would it take to fill all 20 spots?
Based on your estimates, 20 enrolments would require around 67 enquiries and A$670 in advertising spend.
This is a planning scenario, not a recommendation or a promise that spending that amount will fill the program.
You've set the target. Get your Game Plan.
I'll help you map out how to attract local families and guide them towards enrolment, based on your program, budget and start date.

Planning estimates based on your inputs, not guaranteed results. Calculations assume the estimated enrolments come from the advertising campaign. ROAS compares enrolment revenue with ad spend and excludes service fees and program delivery costs. It isn't a profit calculation.

Bring your planned dates, fees and the number of spots you want to fill.
Applying doesn't commit you to working with me. You'll see the proposed approach before deciding.
Share your academy details, planned program dates, available spots and marketing budget.
Parents arrive with their athletes. Your groups are ready. You welcome the new faces.
You put your phone away, take a deep breath, bring the group together and start the session you've spent weeks planning.
Build your enrolment Game Plan while you're planning that program.
